Rukmani College of Education has constituted various statutory and non-statutory committees to ensure smooth academic functioning, student welfare, institutional discipline and regulatory compliance. These committees operate under the guidance of the Principal and Management in accordance with University and Government norms. Each committee functions with defined objectives, responsibilities and accountability mechanisms.

The Anti-Ragging Committee is constituted in compliance with UGC and Government regulations to prevent ragging in any form within the campus. The Committee ensures that the institution maintains a safe, respectful and disciplined environment. Awareness programmes are conducted periodically to educate students about anti-ragging laws and consequences. Strict action is taken against any violation as per statutory guidelines.

The Sexual Harassment Prevention Cell functions in accordance with the guidelines for prevention of harassment at educational institutions. The Cell ensures a safe and secure environment for all students and staff. It addresses complaints confidentially and conducts awareness programmes on gender sensitivity, personal safety and ethical conduct. The institution follows a zero-tolerance policy towards harassment.

The Equal Opportunity Cell promotes inclusiveness and non-discrimination within the institution. It ensures equal access to academic and co-curricular opportunities for students irrespective of caste, gender, religion or socio-economic background. The Cell also supports students belonging to reserved categories and differently-abled students by facilitating academic assistance and guidance.

The Library Committee oversees the effective functioning and development of the College Library. It recommends the procurement of books, journals and digital resources in alignment with curriculum requirements. The Committee ensures proper maintenance, student accessibility and continuous enhancement of learning resources.

The Student Welfare Committee focuses on the overall well-being of students. It monitors academic progress, attendance, discipline and personal development. The Committee organizes counseling sessions, awareness programmes and support services to promote a positive campus environment and student satisfaction.

The Grievance Redressal Cell provides a structured mechanism for addressing complaints and grievances raised by students and staff. Complaints are reviewed impartially and resolved in a fair and transparent manner. The Cell ensures timely redressal and maintains confidentiality to protect the interests of stakeholders.

The Admission Committee is responsible for conducting the admission process in accordance with Government and University guidelines. It verifies eligibility, scrutinizes documents, prepares merit lists and ensures adherence to communal reservation norms. The Committee ensures transparency and fairness throughout the admission process.

The Job Placement Committee assists students in securing employment opportunities after completion of the B.Ed. Programme. It coordinates with schools and educational institutions, provides career guidance and organizes orientation programmes related to teacher recruitment processes. The Committee supports students in career planning and professional growth.

The Anti-Drugs Committee works to create awareness about the harmful effects of substance abuse. The Committee organizes educational programmes and preventive initiatives to maintain a drug-free campus. It promotes healthy lifestyle practices and ensures strict action against any violation of institutional policies regarding substance abuse.
